Swing Scholar privacy notice

Information the service handles

• Account identity supplied by ChatGPT sign-in, including user ID, name, and email address.
• The swing video you choose, eight extracted source frames, club, goal, camera and timing metadata, and locally generated pose coordinates.
• The resulting mechanics report, practice plan, saved-history records, and report-delivery status.
• Credit purchases, package, amount, Stripe Checkout Session reference, fulfillment status, and credit ledger. Swing Scholar does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
• For tagged launch visits only, a random session identifier, allowlisted UTM source/medium/campaign/content values, landing path, event name, related report identifier, and timestamp. Swing Scholar does not use fingerprinting or a third-party advertising pixel.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate accounts, prepare and screen swing evidence, generate and save reports, fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, support customers, protect the service, and measure whether a tagged campaign reaches product milestones. Campaign events cover landing visit, analyzer reveal, upload start, analysis start, and paid analysis completion. They do not include your video, frame images, file name, goal, report text, email, or payment details.

Processing and service providers

• ChatGPT sign-in supplies authenticated account headers.
• OpenAI receives the eight selected frames, goal, club, limited swing metadata, and locally calculated pose coordinates for safety screening and report generation.
• Cloudflare / OpenAI Sites hosts the application and stores account/report records in D1 and saved video/frame evidence in R2.
• Stripe hosts payment checkout and sends signed payment-status events used to add credits.
• AgentMail may send a report-ready message when a project-specific mail key is enabled. History remains the durable report location when email is unavailable.
• jsDelivr and Google-hosted MediaPipe resources deliver versioned browser code and the pose model. Pose calculation occurs in your browser; the eight frames are sent to OpenAI only when you request analysis.

Storage, retention, and choices

Campaign attribution is kept in the current browser tab's session storage and is sent only for a tagged visit. Account, report, media, purchase, and campaign-event records are retained while needed to provide the service, preserve purchase and credit history, meet legal or security obligations, or resolve disputes. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the operator's support page. Some purchase, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained when required.

Security and children

Access to personal reports and media requires the authenticated account. Payment fulfillment requires a valid, recent Stripe webhook signature and is designed to be idempotent. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Swing Scholar is not directed to children under 13.
